Long range ultrasonic sensor is a sensor to measure the distance and the relative speed against target objects up to approx. 8 meters using ultrasonic device.
This is applicable for the automatic braking system against forward obstacles.

Features

1. Provide low-cost sensor using ultrasonic device.
2. High precision and high resolution measurement is feasible due to the use of ultrasonic which is slower speed than light and radio wave.
3. Stable detection is feasible not to be affected by backlight such as afternoon sun and contamination and color of obstacles.
