SUMMARY:
With minimum supervision, conduct technical training, resolve
product and customer issues, support local trade shows, prepare report on
competitive market and respond to technical and product sales
inquiries
The essential functions of
the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Prepare and conduct on-going technical training
for our system integrators.
·
Provide field support and help resolve product
and customer issues.
·
Anticipate project issues and develop win-win
resolutions.
·
Attend and support local trade shows and
conferences.
·
Gather and report on competitive and market
intelligence.
·
Review installation sites.
·
Respond to technical and product sales
inquiries.
·
Assist
in identifying new markets/products opportunities
·
Travel 50% of the time, if needed.
The non-essential functions
of the position include, but are not limited to the
following:
·
Provide sales support when needed.
·
Performs other job functions as
assigned.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
·
B.S. Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or
Electronics) or equivalent.
·
1-3 years of PV, solar thermal or electrical
power system design and installation experience.
·
Technical curiosity and demonstrated ability
to provide economic analysis and
recommendations is highly desirable.
·
A deep desire to be in the renewable energy
business
