RX-F Series

High quality all-round machine for cutting up to large and thick materials

High-speed processing
The RX-F series is equipped with Mitsubishi Electric High-speed Control for Lasers (MHC-L), our original control method, which eliminates the need for axes to stop. Our latest, most sophisticated processing head maximizes the capability of the fiber laser to produce small tightly focused laser beams, reducing the processing time of thin materials.

Ecology
Equipped with Mitsubishi Electric's sophisticated control, drive system and fiber laser oscillator, the RX-F offers eco-friendly laser cutting. It comes standard with an Eco Mode, which switches off components of the laser system in stages when the processing is suspended, minimizing power consumption during standby.

High Quality
The RX-F features the newly developed Zoom Head which has the ability to optimize the laser beam according to the material and thickness of the work piece, allowing the system to cut thin and thick materials automatically. (Option for ML4020RX-F40) The Magnetic Damage Reduction Feature improves its ability to protect the cutting head in the event of a head crash.

eX Series

2 Action Cutting allows for the entire process, from job setup to parts cutting, to be completed in two simple actions. Delivers easy operation and stable performance. CAD/CAM computer, connected via network, is a great aid for operators on the shop floor.

When not processing, the system switches to ECO mode and the resonator stops idling. Minimizes energy consumption, reducing running costs by up to 99% during standby.
