  • Fault signaling : Corresponding to SC fault (N-side MOSFET) and UV fault (N-side supply)
  • Temperature monitering : Outputting LVIC temperature by analog signal (No self over temperature protection)
  • Input interface : 3, 5V line, Schmitt trigger receiver circuit (High Active)
