Single Automatic Operation for Freight (1BF)
The Single Automatic Operation for Freight requires that operators control the freight elevator, as described below.
Operation Button Arrangement
Hall Call Buttons and Door Close Buttons are provided in each hall.
Car Buttons and Door Open Button are provided on the Car Operating Panel inside car.
(1) If Hall Call Button is pressed while car is not in use (hall IN-USE Lamp will be off), Hall Call will be registered, IN-USE Lamp will light up and car will be called. An IN-USE Lamp on state signifies car is in use by another operator. When IN-USE Lamp goes off, press Hall Call Button. Doors will open automatically when car arrives at floor.
(2) After loading baggage into car, hold down Car Button on Car Operating Panel for desired destination floor until car starts moving. This registers Car Call and car will then respond. When elevator is provided with the One Touch Door Close function, doors will close automatically when Car Button has been pressed once, and car will begin traveling to destination floor.
(3) When car arrives at destination floor and doors open, unload baggage from car. After unloading baggage, hold down the Hall Door Close Button until doors have completely closed and IN-USE Lamp goes off.
If One Touch Door Close function is applicable, doors will close automatically when Door Close Button has been pressed once. If Automatic Door Close function is applicable, doors will close automatically after one minute or after a specified length of time has elapsed. IN-USE Lamp will go off when doors have closed completely.
To close the doors, operators must press Hall Call Button and hold down Car Button on the Car Operating Panel or the Door Close Button in the hall. Other operations are automatic.
Operation flow shown above excludes One Touch Door Close function.
When the One Touch Door Close function is provided, doors will close automatically when Car Button or Door Close Button has been pressed once.
