100 years of innovation. Creating Value: the Multiplier Effect

SweetsA Little Flower

Here is a wonderful anecdote about a multiple effect with a thoughtful gesture.

Somebody brought home a box of cakes from a pastry shop one day and found a small flower inside. This was a tasteful reminder of the best-before date from the shop, suggesting the sweet should be eaten before the flower fades. It also brightened up the customer’s heart. Those sweets must have tasted better, too. A charming and elegant multiplier effect, don’t you think?
