Advance Motion Station showcase simulates synchronization of rotary and linear motion control seamlessly. The whole system consists MELSEC MX-F Controller as the core, MELSERVO-J5 as the precision drive axes, and MELHMI GOT3000 as the machine to human interface, connected with “One Protocol for Every Devices” network, CC-Link IE TSN.

Demo kit can operate two different applications. First is rotary synchronization application which using pencil as the media. Two servo motors are mounted parallel, and a pencil is placed between them. The motors will start to rotate simultaneously. A pencil that doesn’t break while both motors are rotating indicates successful synchronization. Second application is the flying shear application. The application consists of three axes that move in a coordinated manner. They will continue to move and form a repeating cycle without colliding with each other.
