Building Management System (SCADA)

A building management system (BMS) is a computer-based control system that controls and monitors the building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power system, fire systems, and security system. More specifically they link the functionality of individual pieces of building equipment so that they operate as one complete integrated system. Energy efficient – Real-time view into facility operations and deep trend analysis provide data-driven insight to optimize your energy management strategies and minimize operational costs. Intelligent reporting – Comprehensive reporting with functionality for customizable reports delivers greater transparency into system history and promotes compliance.

Factory Automation

Automation has been achieved by various means including robotics, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic devices and computers, usually in combination. The benefit of automation include labour savings, savings in electricity costs, savings in material costs, and improvements to quality, accuracy and precision.

Essential Fans System

Essential fan system comprised with car park ventilation fans, smoke stop lobby fans and staircase pressurization fans.
Carpark ventilation fans include smoke extract fans such as exhaust air fan, supply air fan and jet fan. Supply air fan pump in fresh air from outside into the carpark and exhaust air fan extract out polluted air from carpark.
Jet fan is an impulse fan designed for the ventilation of car parks and underground service areas, so as both to reduce levels of polluted air and to assist with the extraction of smoke in the event of a fire.
When there's a fire, clean outside air is forced by a Stair Pressurization Fan into a stairwell. The pressurization is used to push back on smoke, keeping the smoke out of the escape route.

Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT)

The Internet of Things (IoT) is the Internet extended into the physical world. Its function is to collect data and transform it into useful information. Its purpose is to improve products, services and companies by creating value, generally through innovation, operational efficiency, asset utilization and invention. It is the basis of digital transformation when applied to the products, services and operations of physically-based companies.

Project Management

Ensuring projects enters each phase smoothly with minimal or no delays. Project integrations are based on customer requests and design to implement system to functions correctly. On-site testing commissioning to ensure system to be at its best.

BMS Maintenance

Periodic maintenance works are carried out on site, check on the field devices likes actuators, valves, sensors, drives and controllers to ensure its functionalities. Ensure systems are functioning properly. These actions will help to prevent the systems from failing and reduce downtime, cost and consequences.

Upgrading and Replacement Works

Upgrading replacement works services for Inverters, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Servo Systems, Robotic Systems and A&A works for facilities.
