Automated Replenishment
Daifuku's Automatic replenishment system uses a unitload AS/RS to solve the issues. A stacker crane automatically collects empty pallets from picking windows and supplies a full pallet from its inventory. This eliminates the need for forklift operators and the accompanying human errors and lost operation time.
High Density Storage
Daifuku's single-deep, double-deep and multi-deep pallet storage system consists of a single crane for handling multiple rows. This storage solution provides additional storage while conserving space and reducing equipment costs.
