Project Reference: Horizontal Robot

This project was created in order to automate the “pick & place” process between one point to the next. To ensure the accuracy and efficiency, we use Mitsubishi Electric PLC (QD77MS4) which is programed for precise positioning control as well as Mitsubishi Electric Robot.

The project is a solution to reducing idel time between press machines in the production line. 3 Press machines all run in synchronized mode. This is made possible by QJ61BT11N CC Link Master and FANC-110 SBH CC Links
