SESTO Magnus

SESTO Magnus is a bi-directional, compact Autonomous Mobile Robot that is able to carry payloads up to 300kg despite its compact size. Having the highest payload rating in its compact class, SESTO Magnus is specially built for self navigation in space-scarce facilities with obstacle detection capabilities. Powered by SESTO’s proprietary user-friendly interface, factory operators can easily deploy SESTO Magnus for material transportation using a tablet or laptop.

SESTO Prime

SESTO Prime automates the handling and transfer of Front Opening Unified Pod (FOUP) in the semiconductor manufacturing process. SESTO Prime’s 7-axis robot arm provides high freedom of movement even in tight spaces and accurately picks and drop off FOUPs between tooling machines, stockers and multi-tiered smart racks.

SESTO Smartflow Fleet Manager

SESTO Smartflow is an intelligent fleet manager (FM) that optimises the performance of our mobile robots through pathplanning, route deconflicting and task allocation. Our fleet manager allows users to modify routes during run time and to configure the behaviour of the AMRs to suit its environment. This includes parameters such as speed, localisation filters and speaker volumes. The FM also allows operators to monitor the location of the mobile robots as well as the key stats.

SESTO Envoy Mission Manager

Envoy enables system integrators to quickly set up AMR operations to tackle common use cases. Integrators can quickly define tasks consisting of pick-up and delivery locations and the sequences to carry out when reaching the destination.Tasks may be created on a scheduled basis or set up to cater to on-demand requirements.
