Fabrication and installation of gas leak warning panel and gas pressure reduction

Design and construction of gas warning system connections: sensors, concentration displays, rotating indicator lights, warning panel. Set the setting value for O2 & MIX gas pressure gauges in the alarm cabinet and activate warning signals when pressure drops (rotating indicator light, siren). With in-depth knowledge and experience, we ensure gas pressure levels are reliably and accurately monitored, while ensuring a safe working environment.

Design, manufacture, and install electrical panel; Electrical construction of water treatment for galvanizing system

Specific work includes designing an electrical panel with dimensions H2050xW1000xD350 and programming Mitsubishi PLC for control. We also built the GOT 12 HMI interface for monitoring and also installed the appropriate display units. In addition, we also undertake the work of wiring and installing electrical panel to ensure the system operates stably and safely.

Design and manufacture of fabric dryer synchronization control system

Specifically, we designed two electrical panels sized H1000xW800xD250 and programmed Mitsubishi PLC and applied an E series inverter to control the fabric rolling motor.
