Mitsubishi Electric Announces Dividend Policy for Fiscal 2013 (April 1, 2012-March 31, 2013)

Tokyo, March 25, 2013 - Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (TOKYO: 6503) announced today its dividend policy for the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2013 (fiscal 2013).

The company has decided on its policy to pay a year-end dividend of 6 yen per share for the record date of March 31, 2013. The actual dividend will be decided at the Board of Directors' meeting when financial results for fiscal 2013 are to be approved.
