Mitsubishi Electric Announces Dividend Policy for Fiscal 2015 (April 1, 2014-March 31, 2015)

TOKYO, March 19, 2015- Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announced today its dividend forecast for the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2015 (fiscal 2015).
The company plans to pay a year-end dividend of 18 yen per share, as of the record date of March 31, 2015, with due consideration on performance and financial standing in the fiscal 2015. The actual dividend will be declared at the Board of Directors' meeting when financial results for fiscal 2015 are to be approved.
