Wire-Laser Metal 3D Printer AZ Series

Features
What is Metal 3D Printing?
Metal 3D printers, or metal additive manufacturing (AM) systems, create complex objects by melting or sintering materials like stainless steel and titanium with lasers or electron beams, overcoming the thermal challenges of higher energy requirements compared to plastic printing. With advancements in accuracy and speed, this technology is accelerating adoption across the automotive, aerospace, power generation, and healthcare sectors.
Mitsubishi Electric manufactures and sells a metal 3D printer based on the DED (Directed Energy Deposition) process, using commercially available welding wire as feedstock and a laser as the heat source. By integrating our long-developed in-house technologies with proprietary key components, and through our unique process control, we deliver stable additive manufacturing with minimal porosity.
