In the past Mitsubishi Electric EDM machines did not have a strong presence in the semiconductor industry, so what has changed that?
With the goal of changing that situation, Mitsubishi Electric’s EDM developers took on the new challenge. In just three years their efforts have propelled Mitsubishi Electric from the position of being a latecomer to the sector, to having a product portfolio unequalled in functions and performance, which has been adopted by one of the major players in the semiconductor industry.
