Fraudulent emails posing as being sent by the “iQ Care Remote 4U” service

Mitsubishi Electric have become aware of fraudulent emails claiming to be coming from its “iQ Care Remote 4U” service for the purpose of directing recipients to a fake website. These emails are being sent by an unknown, possibly criminal, entity for the purpose of deceptively appearing to represent Mitsubishi Electric and its “iQ Care Remote 4U” service. At this time, we wish to warn the general public of the existence of this unauthorized entity, which has absolutely no relationship to Mitsubishi Electric. If you receive a suspicious email from the entity (example shown below), please do not reply to it or click on any links embedded within the email or open any attachments.

Example of a suspicious email:
   From: Espace client <・・・・・・・noreply@dev.iqcare-remote4u.com>
   To: **********@g-mail.com
   Subject: confirmation requise
