Eco activities in Bangkok on World Environment Day 2012

Representatives of Mitsubishi Electric Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. participated in activities held by Bangchan Industrial Estate on World Environment Day 2012, whereby participants planted trees and conducted anti-water-pollution measures. Bang Chan Industrial Estate regularly sponsors activities on World Environment Day to increase environmental awareness and concern for preservation of natural surroundings among the people of the community. About 200 participants from various companies located in the estate, surrounding schools and government officials participated, as well as Mitsubishi Electric volunteers. The aim this year was to plant 109 trees on both sides of Serithai Road and pour 1,000 liters of E.M. (effective microorganisms) into Bangchan canal to treat water pollution.
