We offer a lineup of HVIGBT modules to meet market requirements for higher efficiency, downsizing and weight reduction, and smaller drive circuits in systems for power electronics equipment such as railway traction and large industrial machinery that require high withstand voltage and high current.

- Reduces power loss by equipping a 7th generation IGBT and RFC*1 diode
- Achieves high current density and contributes to high output/high efficiency inverters
- Optimization of terminal layout makes parallel connection easy and supports diverse inverter configurations and capacities
- Reduced thermal resistance contributes to higher reliability of inverter systems
- ※1：Relaxed Field of Cathode: Mitsubishi Electric’s original diode that optimizes electron mobility on the cathode side
