Special probes for Glass / Rubber / Semi conductor measurement

Special low tip force probe (3 - 6 g) is an alternative to a non-contact sensor.
The customer can save cost for sensor comparing to non-contact type.
Ultra low tip force will prevent mark and damage of fregile material.
The performance of probe is same as our pencil type probe.

Special probes for Inside / Outside diameter measurement

Special probes are designed to measure inside diameter directly.
Jig makers don't need to make special mechanical structure for inside diameter measurement.
The various Solartron probes offer easy sensor integration to measurement jig.
The sensors are designed to withstand more than 13 million cycles under sideload.

Air gauging with PLC - AGM : Air Gauge Module

AGM provides interface between PLC and Air Gauge with economical price.
It also can be integrated with other sensors of Solartron into single network.
The available protocol for PLC is depending on controller.

Simple measurement solution with PLC - Orbit ACS

Orbit ACS gives economical solution to connect PLC.
It is available for 1 - 4 probes network.
It has integrated small display on top of module.
Orbit ACS can communicate with PLC by Modbus or Solartron's serial protocol over RS232 or RS485.
The descrete I/O ports are available for communicating to PLC.

Multi type sensor network - Orbit

Solartron's Orbit network can integrate many type of sensors into single network.
For example, rotary / linear encoder, load cell, strain gauge, thermocouple and any sensors with analogue output can be integrated into Solartron Orbit network.
For PLC, various communication protocols are available such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, Modbus RTU/TCP and Orbit protocol.
